Softphone.Pro has features Softphone Plus doesn't have today: supervisor whisper and barge, CRM integrations, an Arabic interface, and more report types. If your team needs any of those right now, Softphone.Pro is likely the better fit.
Softphone Plus fits better if you need a Linux desktop client, want screen recordings kept for 90 days instead of 30, or run a team large enough for volume pricing to matter. On Softphone Plus, admins and supervisors who don't take calls are free as long as they don't have a SIP account.

Pricing: Flat per User vs Graduated per Seat
Softphone.Pro charges a flat price per user whatever your team size: the Team bundle is $5.70 per user per month on monthly billing or $3.99 on annual billing, and the dialer alone is $2.99 or $1.99. Softphone Plus has one plan with graduated volume pricing: $6 per seat per month, or $5 billed annually, for seats 1–24, then less from 25 and from 100 seats. On monthly billing, Softphone Plus costs less from 33 seats; on annual billing, from 151 seats (up to 499 seats; larger teams get a quote). Below those sizes, the Softphone.Pro Team bundle costs the same or less.
