There is one Team plan, and every feature is included. A seat is one SIP account; admins and supervisors without a SIP account are free. Seats 1–24 are $6 per seat per month ($5 billed annually), seats 25–99 are $4.80 ($4.00 annually) and seats 100–499 are $4.20 ($3.50 annually). Each seat is priced at the band it falls in, so adding seats never raises the price of the ones you already have. For 500 seats or more, contact sales. You can add or remove seats at any time from your billing dashboard, and when you add seats mid-cycle you only pay the prorated amount for the remaining days.
